Who are we looking for?

We want providers who do honest, careful work. That may include:

• Mold inspection and testing companies
• Residential mold removal and remediation contractors
• Contractors with experience in black mold remediation
• Water damage and moisture control specialists who handle mold

You should serve homeowners in or near the McKinney area and be comfortable with the humid, storm-prone conditions that shape local homes.

What do we expect?

Homeowners are often worried when they call. We ask providers to meet them with patience and clear answers.

• Hold the licenses and insurance required where you work.
• Give written estimates that spell out the scope.
• Explain findings in plain language.
• Respect that homeowners may compare several providers.
• Make no claims you cannot back up.
• Never promise insurance results.

We do not set your prices, and we do not tell you how to do your work.
