Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use designatedwashington.world and the referral service Designatedwashington Mold Help offers through it. By browsing the website, phoning the number on it or sending a form, you agree to them. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Designatedwashington Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not do inspections, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repairs. We are also not a party to any agreement you reach with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of insurance and any license the work requires, and getting a written estimate.

Information, Not Advice

Content here is general information only. It is not medical, health, professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. If you have health worries, see a doctor. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate details when you contact us, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways that are not permitted.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone us or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@designatedwashington.world.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Designatedwashington Mold Help or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Designatedwashington Mold Help is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
